  • Aqua Boy/Girl: Gives you the ability to take no damage while swimming in radioactive waters. You can also swim underwater to remain undetected from enemies.
  • Rad Resistant: Gives you additional damage resistance by 10% to 50% from any radiation source.
  • Solar Powered: Gives you +2 Endurance and +2 Strength attributes during the 6AM to 6PM time in-game.

4. Intelligence

  • Gun Nut: This allows you to unlock advanced weapon mods for your arsenal.

  • Nuclear Physicist: Radiation weapons deal more damage.
  • Scrapper: Allows you to salvage rarer components by deconstructing items.

  • Sneak: Allows you to be harder to detect by 20 to 50%.
  • Action Boy/Girl: All action points (AP) will now regenerate 25% to 75% faster.

  • Better Criticals: Allows your critical hits to do 50% to 250% more damage.
  • Four Leaf Clover: Every hit using V.A.T.S might refill your critical hit gauge.
  • Ricochet: Enemy ranged attacks can ricochet off of you and hit to kill them.
