Argon Crystals are one of the most important resources in Warframe. They are a rare resource that is difficult to come across and even disappear from the player’s inventory after some time.
There are many different weapons and pieces of gear that use the Argon Crystals, so if you’re a regular player you’ll realize that you need to find some to truly enjoy the game. Especially if you are in need of the items that require Argon Crystals for their blueprint.
There are only a few days to obtaining the Argon Crystals, and it’s important to know what they are because you can’t usually run into them by chance. It can take a lot of time to figure it out for yourself too, which is unfortunate.
Don’t worry – we’re here to save the day! We’re going to show you where to farm Argon Crystals in Warframe in the fastest ways possible. Let’s get started.
How to farm Argon Crystals in Warframe
One thing to note about Argon Crystals is that obtaining them relies on RNG. You might get some in a few minutes, or it might take you half an hour to run into any.
It helps a little to get someone like Smeeta Kavat on your team since it can boost the resource drop rate. And you can apply any resource boosters that you have aside from that too.
Lastly, since the resource disappears after some hours, you should only farm them when you need them.
1. The Void
The Void is the best and most efficient way of farming Argon Crystals and at one point it used to be the only way to get them. There are a bunch of missions in The Void that you can complete to farm Argon Crystals – and that is considered the best way of obtaining them too.
1. Oxomoco
Oxomoco is a very straightforward mission located in the Void. All that the player needs to do is to fight and kill multiple enemies and if things go well, they might drop a few Argon Crystals.
You can roam the area of the mission too and look for loot chests that you can open. If you get lucky, the chests might contain some Argon Crystals too!
2. Ani
Ani is a survival mission that is not very difficult. The enemies are easy to kill for experienced players and they can survive long enough to find some Argon Crystal drops. It’s often the most recommended method of farming Argon Crystals due to how convenient it is.
For new players, it might be a bit difficult to do this alone, and teaming up with some friends might be a better idea.
All you need to do, either way, is destroy Argon Pegmatites which are spread around the map for Argon Crystal drops.
3. Ukko
Ukko is a capture mission that ends pretty quickly if everything goes well.
The best thing to do is to clear up the objective fast and then roam the area in hopes of finding Argon Crystals within loot chests or by killing enemies in your way.
One good thing to know is that in all three of these methods, you will get other rewards along the way too even if you don’t get an Argon Crystal right away.
2. Isolation Vault
If you complete the Isolation Vault bounty, you’ll end up finding a lot of loot that sometimes contains Argon Crystals too. You can start this bounty once you enter Deimos by talking to Mother after entering the Cambian Rift.
Once the mission is initiated, you can keep trying out your luck for different rewards and the bounties begin to get more and more difficult over time.
This method is not particularly recommended because of how time-consuming it is, but it’s still good to know that other options exist if you get bored of farming The Void.
