Where to Find Philanemo Mushrooms
As mentioned above, the fungus is only available in the residential areas of Mondstadt. It is typically found right below the roof and under the eaves.
If you consider farming it, then the best way is to teleport to the top of the Knights of Favonius Headquarters and follow a specific path above the roofs to collect mushrooms. When gathering, prevent falling as the ordered item will be lost.
Besides, a few specific paths have been defined that you can follow to gather more mushrooms; however, the only way to collect mushrooms in bulk is to go through Mondstadt, and you are supposed to teleport yourself to Springvale.

Collect Mushrooms by Climbing on Windmill Towers
To collect mushrooms, you should climb the tower available in Mondstadt, and it serves as the great source of that. You are supposed to climb the tower and search it to collect the mushroom.

Sometimes, finding Mushrooms could be tricky as they often grow on buildings, walls, and roofs. If you decide to find a few mushrooms, search the building areas like walls, ceilings, and more.
Philanemo Mushroom Farming – Genshin Impact
You can’t discover too many Philanemo in these two locations, such as Dawn Winery and Springvale. However, when it comes to Mondstadt, finding and dealing with the western and eastern halves of the city may help you get near the waypoint.
Therefore, you should teleport yourself and then head to the south. Next, run toward the City Gates and start picking a few mushrooms on the Northeastern side of the City.
