It’s all about reaching the conclusion of life that you want to see, but at the same time, the unpredictability of life can produce surprising results in BitLife.
One of the best careers in BitLife is that of a famous author. While it’s not too difficult to achieve, you need to follow certain requirements to become one. If you put in the right amount of time and effort, you will finally become a famous author.
So, what are these requirements? How do you become a famous author in BitLife? Let’s go over the simple steps in detail and answer that question!
How to become a famous Author in BitLife
The first thing that you need to do is to graduate high school. After that, you will need to head to college or university and then pursue an English degree. Selecting the ‘Study Harder’ option is a good way to better your chances.
In the meantime, you can participate in the book-reading mini-game or visit the library to increase your smarts.
On rare occasions, you can still become a famous author if you skip further education after graduating high school – but we recommend getting an English degree to increase your chances.
Once the first three steps are done and you have graduated, earned an English degree, and have high smarts too – it’s time to look for a job.
Look for jobs that give a ‘Writer Position’ as soon as your character turns 18 and select it. It can take a bunch of months and even years before you see it, there is no fixed amount of time. So, whether you see the Writing Position job in a month or 4 years, select it as soon as it comes up.
Once you’re working at the job as a Writer, make sure to put your performance to ‘Work Harder’ whenever possible. After approximately seven to ten years of working as a writer, you will finally get a notification that says you have officially become a Famous Author.
How to complete the Elf Challenge in BitLife?
If you’re trying to become a famous author in BitLife to complete the Elf Challenge, then you need to make sure that you follow some of the other requirements too.
Your character should be a male born in New York. It helps to select a character with High Smarts, so make sure to go for that too.
Then, you have to give 30+ gifts to different people throughout your life. This, of course, requires you to interact with over 30 people throughout your life too. If you run out of people at your job, then change it to meet more people that you can give gifts.
Of course, people you know outside of your job count too – but this is just the fastest way.
Then, you have to take 50 voice lessons as well. And finally, you have to become a famous author – which we’ve gone over in this BitLife guide already.
Once all of the objectives are achieved, you will complete the Elf challenge in BitLife.
